The Sideline 28" Recessed Electric Fireplace is large and really stands out. The Sideline® 28" has a ventless design, with the heat coming from the front of the unit. Like all Touchstone™ fireplaces, The Sideline® 28" has the most realistic flame available in an electric smokeless fireplace, and it will leave all your friends questioning if the fireplace is running on gas or if it's electric.
The Sideline® 28" is ideal for larger family rooms, long basement walls as well as commercial uses. The 28-inch design is perfect for corporate entries, meeting rooms, and restaurants, providing the looks and feel of a real linear gas fireplace without the maintenance required by gas or gel-based fireplaces. The Sideline® 28" has 5 flame brightness settings and 2 heat settings, and the fireplace can be operated without the heat, so it can be used in environments like meeting rooms and corporate centers where all that's needed is the ambiance. Heating Capability
While not intended as a primary heat source, the Sideline® 28 can effectively warm up a room of up to 300 square feet. It provides two heat settings and can be enjoyed without heat for visual appeal.
Faux Log and Glass Crystals
For a personalized touch, the Sideline® 28 comes with both faux log and glass crystal options, allowing you to choose between contemporary or traditional aesthetics.
Mounting and Use
With easy installation, the Sideline® 28 can be recessed or wall-mounted. Follow the provided mounting instructions for proper placement, ensuring it is positioned at least 8 inches below the ceiling or below a mounted flat-screen TV for optimal performance.
