Shipping Policy
We ship your order using the fastest and most reliable method based on the size and weight of your items. Tracking information is sent within 1 business day of your order leaving the warehouse.

- 2–5 business day transit
- Many items ship same day (order by 11am EST, M–F)
- Larger, heavier items
- Curbside delivery (may assist to garage)
- Adult signature required
- 3–7 business day transit
- Delivery appointment scheduled (4-hour window, 8am–5pm M–F)
If you don't receive tracking information within 8 business days, email support@electricfireplacesplus.com with your order number.
You should generally expect delivery within 5–7 business days of your order. However, once your package is in the carrier's hands, the exact delivery timing is determined by the carrier's schedule and workload.
For the most up-to-date status, track your package online or contact the carrier directly. Our information is limited to what the carrier provides, and we cannot expedite packages within their system.
We do not issue refunds based on delivery timing. Please order early to avoid disappointment.
FedEx / UPS deliveries do not require a signature. The driver will leave the package near your door. Inspect the packaging as soon as possible after delivery.
Freight deliveries require you to be present. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment (typically a 4-hour window between 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday). "Home delivery" in the trucking industry means curbside — some drivers will help move the item into a garage, but they will not carry it inside your home.
When you sign the freight delivery receipt, you are legally accepting the product as delivered in good condition. Always inspect the box and contents before signing. If you see any damage, write "CONTENTS DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt, then sign. Without this notation, we cannot file a damage claim on your behalf.
All damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery — this applies to FedEx, UPS, and freight shipments.
- Inspect immediately Check the packaging and all items as soon as they arrive (at delivery for freight, or as soon as FedEx/UPS drops off).
- Note damage on freight receipt For freight deliveries, write "CARTON DAMAGED" or "CONTENTS DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Take photos Photograph the damaged box and damaged item(s) from multiple angles.
- Email us within 24 hours Send photos and your order number to support@electricfireplacesplus.com. We'll process a damage claim on your behalf.
We cannot be held responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged items if there is no notation on the freight delivery receipt.
